Father James Wehner, Rector, blessed a new tabernacle
for the Saint Pius X Chapel in the College on January
18. It was provided by Father Kevin Lutz, pastor of
Holy Family Parish in the Diocese of Columbus who is
also an alumnus of the Josephinum. Father Wehner noted
in his homily: "In this Year for Priests, we continue
to highlight the nobility and reverence by which priests
handle the sacred mysteries. Seminarians, for their
part, must cultivate in their formation a deep desire
to evangelize the faithful with the sacraments of the
Church and the Word of God. Constant, deliberate and
daily prayer before the Blessed Sacrament is essential
in achieving this pursuit."
