  • Vatican Web Page - This excellent resource provides access to a wealth of information emanating from the Vatican. Highlights of this site include access the writings to the John Paul II in addition to those of earlier popes, current information regarding the life of the Church, access to the writings and work of the Curia, full text of the Catechism and Documents of Vatican II, access to the weekly edition of L'Osseratore Romano, Vatican television and radio, and access to the online public access catalog of the Vatican Library.
  • Congregation for the Clergy - Site of the Vatican Congregation providing information on priests, deacons, and catechesis.   • United States Conference of Catholic Bishops - New name of the NCCB/USCC. Provides access to Bishops' statements and speeches, a summary of weekly U.S. Catholic news, a directory of U.S. Bishops and dioceses, texts of the daily and Sunday readings, the full text of the New American Bible, and movie reviews.
  • Association of Member Episcopal Conferences in East Africa - The episcopal conference for the eight countries of East Africa: Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia. Somalia as an affiliate member. Provides links to documents, statements, dioceses and information on the Church in East Africa.
  • Australian Catholic Bishops Conference - Provides access to Bishops' statements arranged by subject, new updates concerning the Catholic Church in Australia, links to a variety of resources including an extensive list of bishops' conferences, and links to Australian dioceses.
  • Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops - Homepage for the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops.   • Latin American Bishops' Conference (CELAM) Consejo Episcopal Latinamericano provides access to the major documents and statements issued by the conference as well as links to offices of the secretariats, news and daily scripture readings.

  • EWTN - Mother Angelica's site includes an extensive library of documents, recent statements by the pope and church leaders, international and local Catholic news, links to Catholic publications, and information on apologetics and evangelization.
  • New Advent - A very useful and well arranged site featuring links to the Summa Theologica, Writings of the Church Fathers, and 1913 edition of the Catholic Encyclopedia.   • Wabash Center Guide to Internet Resources for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Religion - This selective and annotated site covers broad areas dealing with religion and theology arranged under categories including: Religion in General, World Religions, Archaeology & Bible, History of Christianity, and Christian Traditions.   • The Christian Catacombs of Rome - This site maintained by the Salesian Institute of Saint Callistus provides detailed information on the history, description and importance of the catacombs. Over 100 photos illustrate the art and archaeological evidence of the early Christians within the catacombs. This site also serves as a virtual pilgrimage to the catacombs during the Jubilee Year.
