The Josephinum is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of many bishops from dioceses throughout the country, as well as experienced priests, religious, and lay trustees. The Apostolic Nuncio to the United States serves as the Josephinum’s chancellor; the Bishop of Columbus serves as Vice-Chancellor. The Board of Trustees oversees seminary operations, including finances and policies and procedures.
