The Registrar’s Office provides information and services regarding academic programs, degree requirements, registration and enrollment verification, transfer credit, and maintenance of permanent academic records.
Credits are accepted only from accredited schools and for academic courses similar to the ones offered at the Josephinum. No credit will be given for courses in which the candidate has earned a grade lower than a C. Students may also present records from U.S. military experience for possible transfer credit.
If a seminarian is unable to resolve a dispute with the Pontifical College Josephinum, he may appeal to the Ohio Department of Education. The dispute or complaint can be of any nature that cannot be resolved internally according to the updated processes in the published Academic Catalog.
