National Eucharistic Congress Vigil Mass & Dinner for Alumni & Benefactors

In just 3 weeks’ time, we will host our National Eucharistic Congress Vigil Mass and Dinner in Cicero at Sacred Heart Church. We are thankful to Reverend Sean Pogue T’11 (Lafayette-in-Indiana), who has graciously agreed to host this event. Registration closes this Friday, June 28; it would be a blessing to have you join us!

Beginning at 4 p.m., we will gather in the church for Eucharistic Adoration and to pray the Rosary. A Votive Mass for the Priesthood and Vocations will follow, with The Most Reverend W. Shawn McKnight T’94 as Principal Celebrant. His Excellency will be celebrating his 30th Anniversary of Ordination.

Following Mass, we will have a catered dinner from Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano in the parish hall where we will present the 2024 Jessing Alumnus of the Year Award to Reverend Craig Steimel T’89 (Archdiocese of Dubuque) and Mr. Mark Rehagen C’81 of Jefferson City, MO!

At the conclusion of our program, dessert and drinks will be made available to allow for attendees to socialize as the night draws to a close.
