All students at the Pontifical College Josephinum (College, Pre-Theology and Theology) are seminarians who are studying for ordination to the priesthood. To be ordained a priest, they must have a Master’s in Divinity or in Theology from a Catholic seminary. Therefore, most graduates do not seek employment, but are enrolled by their bishop in a graduate program of that kind. Almost all seminarians who graduate from the Josephinum are ordained to the priesthood and continue to work as a priest. The rates are relayed here.
